During my stay at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, I had a nice view of the city from my room. The spacious and well-designed room created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The lady who escorted us to our room was not only helpful but also recommended some fantastic places and restaurants for us to explore. The functional bathroom and wardrobe added to the convenience of our stay.

Friendly staff, great location with restaurants and shops nearby, convenient subway access, clean rooms with good views. Honeymoon treats and letters from staff. Expensive but worth it. Attentive helpful staff, expensive menu, handy shop, great view of shrine and cityscape. Swish minimalist classy hotel, big rooms and pool, central location with subway access, fantastic free bar and bites in CLUB rooms. Saved money by not going out for meals.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The upgraded club level room was perfect - it was slightly larger and had a fantastic view of the national diet building. The two free breakfast coupons were a great bonus, with delicious food. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the subway station in the same structure. This made it convenient to explore the city and visit many important attractions. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, making sure everything was taken care of, including holding our luggage while we traveled around. They even helped us secure Sumo tickets and provided a detailed schedule for our day. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect.

The hotel could improve its airport shuttle timing to cater to passengers with midnight flights, allowing them to have more time to explore the vibrant city before departing.

We recently stayed at a 5, star hotel in Tokyo and enjoyed a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, providing a variety of relaxing treatments. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were clean and well, maintained. the massage we received was exceptional and left us feeling rejuvenated. the Spa lounge was beautifully designed and a great place to relax before our treatment.

Our only minor issue was with the restaurant. While the food was delicious, the special diet menu lacked variety, and the in, room breakfast was overpriced.
